Kwik Shop Inc. is seeking a high-energy Restaurant General Manager to lead a branded restaurant, guide a team of Associates and Leaders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving operational and financial goals. You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves scheduling, training, coaching, and maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. Weekend and holiday hours are required; 48-hour week minimum.

1 year leadership or supervisory capacity in restaurant environment, leading a team
1-3 years restaurant experience
Valid Driver’s license. National Food Safety requirement (can acquire during employment)
This position full-time and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as Kwik Shop locations can be open 24 hours depending on the location. Weekend & Holiday hours are required.
48 hour work week minimum
5% - will be required to deliver deposits to the bank. Must have Reliable transportation
Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Specialized attire required in food establishments. Slip resistent footwear is required, as well as attire specifically required by brand standards and franchise agreements.
