Testing Specialist II / Small Business Lending

Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) are sub-lines of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). They develop models, tools, and tests for risk and capital measurement, management, and reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and driving innovation and automation.

Job Description

Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) Consumer Banking Testing (CBT) tests processes across Retail, Small Business, and Global Consumer Operations, using automation and AI technologies. The team manages over 8,000 tests globally, supporting efficient testing processes.

Role Overview

As a Testing Specialist II, your responsibilities include:

1. Executing accurate and timely tests
2. Identifying risks and defects, analyzing results
3. Collaborating with process owners and compliance officers
4. Providing training and support to junior staff
5. Supporting test development and quality assurance activities
6. Acting as SME on assigned tests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Small Business Credit

Skills

• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Additional Skills

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, and paid time off.
