Job summary

Commercial Alliance is expanding its SBA team and seeking experienced SBA lending professionals for hybrid roles based in Troy, Michigan or Loveland, Ohio. We anticipate multiple openings across SBA processing, closing, servicing, and support functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in SBA lending with strong understanding of SBA loan programs and documentation requirements.
• Experience in underwriting, credit analysis, processing, closing, funding and servicing.
• Ability to review documentation and ensure compliance with SBA guidelines.
• Experience in pipeline management and coordinating workflows.
• Strong customer service and lender support skills.

Responsibilities

• Process SBA loans from intake through closing and funding.
• Support loan servicing and post-closing activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and ensure documentation and compliance across SBA programs.
• Coordinate pipelines and workflows with lending and operations teams.
• Provide strong customer service to borrowers and lenders.
