Provident Bank is seeking an experienced SBA Lending professional to manage comprehensive loan portfolios and cross-sell bank products. The role requires advanced SBA 7(a) and 504 knowledge, detailed financial reviews, and underwriting analysis.
The candidate will prepare loan offering analyses, perform cash flow and property analyses, coordinate closings, and maintain ongoing portfolio oversight. Strong analytical, communication, and independent work skills are essential.

This experienced position, operating under general direction, is responsible for comprehensive portfolio management and the cross-selling of bank products. Candidate should have an advanced knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. Primary duties include the preparation of detailed financial reviews and Loan Offering Analyses that evaluate financing properties using complex underwriting, cash flow analysis, project economics, valuation, and guarantor/market analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares loan offering analyses, which include the following:
Complete special projects directed by the department head.
Participate in SBA training and webinars

Work is mainly performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels usually are moderate.

$99,400 - $142,000 annually
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
