Job summary

Idaho Forest Group is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead the mechanical maintenance organization at their state-of-the-art sawmill in Lumberton, NC. This position focuses on enhancing maintenance systems, overseeing mill reliability, and fostering a high-performance culture of safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, leadership experience, and knowledge of predictive maintenance tools. The role includes a significant emphasis on data-driven practices and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a sawmill.
• Demonstrated success in improving maintenance systems and reliability programs.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget.
• Drive a data-driven maintenance culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety systems and maintenance activities.
