Job summary

BRMi is seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) specialist to support Saviynt in a enterprise environment in Vienna, VA. You will manage Saviynt configurations, incident handling, and lifecycle governance while coordinating with security and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of IGA experience, Saviynt certifications, and ITIL familiarity. This is a W2 role in the United States, with visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance (IGA) solutions.
• Hands-on Saviynt administration in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with incident, change, and release processes in ITIL-based environments.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, provisioning, and access governance.
• Experience with configuration changes and security vulnerability remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments (desired).
• Visa sponsorship not provided for this position; W2 only.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incident tickets related to Saviynt IGA services.
• Fulfill Service Catalog requests for identity and access management activities.
• Execute release and change management tasks, including configuration updates.
• Perform security vulnerability remediation activities involving Saviynt changes.
• Support identity lifecycle management and access controls across the organization.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve issues.
• Improve platform stability, operational efficiency, and security compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
