• Good communication and client relations skills; service orientation; flexibility; and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in supporting clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention aligned with the client’s treatment plan.
• Engage clients to develop healthy connections with others in the milieu and the team.
• Assist in food prep and set-up; model and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Expose clients to therapeutic groups and help develop core skills for clinical growth.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.

Monte Nido Vista, located in Agoura Hills, CA, is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido’streatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.
