Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 3+ years of experience in satellite systems, GNSS, or related disciplines.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign GNSS and satellite navigation systems including GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, and regional PNT architectures.
• Evaluate constellation designs, orbital configurations, signal structures, navigation payloads, and system performance.
• Assess foreign NAVWAR, anti-jam, anti-spoofing, and resilient PNT technologies.
• Conduct technical assessments of satellite launches, constellation growth, modernization initiatives, and operational readiness.
• Integrate intelligence reporting, open-source information, telemetry data, and measurements into analytic products.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative assessments of PNT capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities, and operational impacts.
• Produce intelligence reports, white papers, briefings, and decision-support products for government leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers, intelligence analysts, mission partners, and DoD/IC organizations.
• Support modeling, simulation, and data-driven evaluations of satellite navigation performance.
• Present findings to senior government and military stakeholders.
