A leading aerospace startup in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated individual for a manufacturing role. This position involves collaborating with design engineers to enhance manufacturability of spacecraft components and developing innovative manufacturing systems for large spacecraft assemblies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a production environment. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary ranging between $100,000–$140,000 plus equity will be offered.

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, integration, and/or design engineering role.
• Experience in a high volume, rapid production environment.
• Demonstrated results with product development and/or process improvements.
