Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience, particularly with spacecraft testing. The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 plus equity in the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in integration/test/automation engineering.
• Experience with subsystem checkouts and system acceptance testing.
• Hands-on experience in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to define test plans.
• Operate spacecraft during system tests at various sites.
• Investigate and troubleshoot vehicle issues.

Skills

Experience testing and troubleshooting spacecraft

Experience with environmental testing

Proficient in Python or Rust

Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Tools

HITL or Flatsat software verification

Electronics testing tools
