The ideal candidate has strong integration and verification experience, a practical system-level understanding, and the ability to work independently while coordinating across development, integration, and test teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical field.
• 6+ years of software integration, test, verification, or mission-focused engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Experience with satellite ground software verification, including command and control and space vehicle mission management.
• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or test support.
• Strong system architecture understanding and ability to identify integration points.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts for verification testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic reasoning skills including logs and debugging tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across development teams.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and verification activities for satellite ground software systems.
• Execute software-focused integration and test efforts within complex mission environments.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to support verification testing.
• Analyze complex integration failures and diagnose software deficiencies using logs and debugging tools.
• Identify patterns across related issues and communicate findings to developers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across software, systems, and test teams to resolve interaction problems.
• Support issue tracking, test documentation, and status reporting for integration efforts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in software integration, automation, and test execution.
• Participate in agile execution environments and support iterative delivery and verification.
