AJ Tutoring Inc. is seeking energetic, reliable tutors to provide one-on-one test prep in the Bay Area. Office-based roles require a college degree and a passion for education. You will meet students in person, work after school, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with SAT/ACT or AP subjects, strong communication skills, and a commitment to a minimum 15 tutoring hours per week plus admin duties. End date aligned with 2025-26 school year.

Qualificações

• Must have a 4-year college degree.
• Commit to a minimum of 15 tutoring hours per week with admin work.
• Experience tutoring SAT/ACT or high school AP subjects preferred.
• Available after-school, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Commit to AJ Tutoring through the end of 2025-26 school year.

Responsabilidades

• Tutor students one-on-one in test prep and related subjects.
• Coordinate with parents and colleagues to track progress.
• Perform administrative tasks related to tutoring and scheduling.

Ideal test prep tutors are:

• Passionate about education
• Experienced in working with students
• An expert in your subject and a college graduate
• Conscientious, punctual, reliable, and on top of organizational tasks
• Excellent at communicating with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proactive and efficient in your work
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Have a 4 year college degree
• Master the SAT/ACT or an academic subject at the high school AP level (Pre-Calculus or Calculus, Physics, Computer Science, English, History, Biology, or Chemistry)
• Commit to a minimum of 15 tutoring hours per week with a few additional hours of administrative work
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Work at AJ Tutoring through the end of 2025-26 school year
