Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver after-school sessions in Gainesville, Virginia. You will follow the company curriculum to help students reach academic goals and prepare for college admissions. Sessions run Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

and Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with location-specific variations. You will assess progress, provide feedback to students and families, and collaborate with staff while incorporating technology to enhance learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
• Experience with diverse student populations.
• Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with standards.
• Proficiency with educational technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and goals.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
