Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a SASE Network Engineer in the United States, preferably in Kentucky/Northern region, to design, implement, and operate cloud-delivered networking and security solutions.

You will help enable secure, high-performance connectivity for distributed users and applications. The role requires hands-on experience with SSE/SASE platforms, strong Zero Trust knowledge, and proficiency with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network engineering, cloud security, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SSE/SASE platforms (e.g., Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma).
• Strong understanding of SASE and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy SASE and SSE solutions including CASB, SWG, ZTNA, and related capabilities.
• Architect secure access solutions across cloud, internet, and private environments.
• Integrate SASE with SD-WAN, identity providers, and cloud platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and threat protection.
• Monitor performance and analyze logs to optimize security posture.
• Develop automation scripts and maintain documentation.
