Key duties include setting up SAS 9.4 environments from scratch and replicating M4/M8 configurations, applying SFM/SFF modules, BOSS and ODE; converting SAS scripts to Python and advising on legacy-to-Viya migrations.

• 10–12 years of SAS platform experience.
• Experience setting up SAS 9.4 environments from scratch.
• Experience with SAS Viya migration and Python conversion.
• Ability to advise on migrations and perform architecture reviews.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Migrate SAS platforms from SAS 9.4 to Viya.
• Set up SAS 9.4 M8 environment on RHEL and mirror M4 configuration.
• Work with SFM and SFF, BOSS and ODE modules.
• Convert SAS scripts to Python.
• Provide architecture reviews and migration advisory.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

SAS Platform Migration

Years of exp - 10 -12 Years

Setting up SAS 9.4

• Setting up SAS 9.4 environment from scratch
• Setting up SAS 9.4 M8 environment on RHEL and configuring it in the same way as an existing SAS 9.4 M4 environment
• Experience with SFM and SFF modules, BOSS and ODE.

SAS Viya

• Hands on exposure to SAS Viya
• Coding SAS scripts
• Ability to advise on SAS 9.4 and SAS Viya platform migrations
• Legacy to Viya migration
• SAS script to Python conversion
• Architecture review and investigations
