Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced SAS AML Developer to support a large-scale AML transformation program. You will implement business-driven AML enhancements, including customer segmentation, new transaction monitoring scenarios, and platform customization.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and tuning AML detection logic, prep jobs, and data processing workflows, while collaborating with compliance and technology teams to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAS AML platform (7.1/7.2).
• Expertise in building and customizing AML scenarios.
• Strong Base SAS programming and SQL/Oracle experience.
• Unix/Linux scripting skills.
• Understanding of AML transaction monitoring and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AML detection scenarios within SAS AML platform.
• Build and maintain customer segmentation models and risk-based monitoring logic.
• Develop and modify AML prep jobs, datasets, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AML solutions.
• Configure and tune transaction monitoring rules, thresholds, and risk scoring logic.
• Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Collaborate with AML business, compliance, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support deployment and production implementation activities.
