Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience in probate/trust or related matters.
• Experience drafting pleadings, handling hearings, and managing litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in probate litigation, trust disputes, and fiduciary matters.
• Manage cases from intake to resolution for Sarasota-area clients.
• Develop case strategy and advise on risks and outcomes.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial materials; conduct depositions and hearings.
