Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to gather client’s business process requirements
• Develop detailed configuration rationales and designs, and build system configuration
• Implement detailed business process functional solutions to meet client requirements
• Develop test strategies and manage large, complex test efforts
• Create documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, etc.
• Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes including interfaces with other applications
• Facilitate interaction with technical and functional counterparts to ensure solutions meet functional requirements
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
• Facilitate design review meetings; document and submit meeting minutes
• Provide guidance and support for configuration changes, training material development, and data conversion
• Support unit, integration, and UAT testing; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution
• Support production cutover; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution
• Support post-go-live hypercare, manage defects, and maintain documentation

Here’s what you need

• 5+ years of SAP ECC, S/4HANA and WMS Functional experience
• Proficiency in EWM goods receipt, delivery, subcontracting, and production order kitting
• Team lead experience
• Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience

Nice to have

• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning is a plus
• Relevant SAP certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements

• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
• Natural born US citizenship
• You must live local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or Philadelphia, PA OR be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Friday
