Job summary

VISEO USA is seeking an experienced SAP WM/SD/LE Functional Lead to design, implement, optimize, and support SAP Supply Chain and Logistics, aligning with business and IT stakeholders across global environments.

You will lead functional streams, guide configuration, troubleshoot issues, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, with a track record in large-scale deployments and cross-border integrations, in a fast-paced consulting setting. Hybrid work in PA/NY/NJ preferred.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP WM, LE and SD.
• Experience leading functional streams and collaborating with business and technical teams.
• Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting complex supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• As a SAP WM/SD/LE Functional Lead, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• You will act as a trusted advisor for warehouse, distribution, logistics, and order fulfillment processes, helping drive business transformation while ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives.
• The role requires a strong combination of functional expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration capabilities within SAP WM, SD, and LE modules.

Profile

• 8 to 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in:
• SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
• SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
• Proven experience leading functional streams and collaborating with business and technical teams.
• Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting complex supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Experience participating in global SAP projects, enhancements, rollouts, and production support activities.
• Knowledge of integration points across SAP modules and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and complex business environments.
