Job Title

Experience: 7 to 10+ years

Desired Candidate Profile

• SAP MM /IM/ WM / SD configuration & process knowledge.
• Preferred A&D experience: Goods Receipt, Return to Vendor, Stock Transport Order, Subcon Process Delivery, and Goods Issues to Sales Order and Customer Returns.
• Good communication skills, extensive client contact experience, ability to listen and scope out requirements.
• Extensive experience working with SAP remote teams and understanding the integration touchpoints.
• Preferably at least 2 end‑to‑end implementations of SAP WM.
• Min 4 years of SAP WM support experience, preferably in a manufacturing company with at least 3 years of domain experience.
• Prior experience with RF developments is necessary.
• Experience in transportation and planning in SAP.
• Work experience in environments processing large volumes of data, with diverse users and client base.
• Sound knowledge of business processes & best practices around material handling, purchase/procurement, warehouse, route management and physical inventory counts and audits.
• Experience creating Functional Specifications for ABAP developments and validating custom objects.
• Good writing, documentation, record‑keeping and reporting skills.
• Ability to attend all remote meetings and support flexible working hours.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Hands‑on SAP processes for at least 4 years.
• Strong understanding of business processes and functionality around material handling, purchase/procurement, replenishment strategies, assortment & planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management and physical inventory count processes.
• Quick at understanding business issues, pain points and challenges of the organization.
• Knowledgeable on implementation, project and support related processes, issue tracking & management.
• Knowledge of best practices in function reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.
• Knowledge of SAP WM configuration and touch‑points with other SAP modules.
• Good communication, presentation skills.
• Good technical understanding and preferably manufacturing background understanding of warehouse/logistics.
