Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 1 in the Life Sciences unit to support ERP implementations across global teams. You will assist in stakeholder interviews, map user needs, and help customize ERP packages per detailed design specifications.

Responsibilities include data migration, compliance checks, and documenting customization steps to enable effective user training. The role requires collaboration across time zones and a proactive approach to problem-solving during night shifts and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture user needs for ERP implementations.
• Participate in discussions between stakeholders and the design team to understand technical solutions.
• Develop and refine codes to customize and integrate ERP packages per detailed design specifications.
• Perform data migration activities including mapping data fields and data cleansing under guidance.
• Conduct and document compliance checks to ensure ERP systems align with industry standards and security protocols.
• Draft clear documentation detailing steps followed for ERP package customization, to support user training.
