Job summary

Ladders is seeking a SAP Vistex Lead for a remote role with a client in the Manufacturing & Automotive sector. You will lead hands-on SAP Vistex configuration and serve as a key technical-functional partner across order-to-cash and related finance and supply chain processes, shaping document structures and pricing logic with seamless integration to core SAP modules.

The role requires close collaboration with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver full lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, primarily with SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in Incentive & Payables, Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, and FI/CO workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and traditional SAP ECC.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on configuration of Incentive & Payables modules.
• Design document types, pricing agreements, and calculation buckets.
• Oversee integration between the solution and core SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI/CO.
• Lead analysts and developers through full-lifecycle deployments.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture and document functional specifications.
• Direct integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect triage.
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot development issues.
