Job summary

Radiant Logistics seeks a SAP Transportation Management (TM) Product Manager to own the SAP TM platform, bridging freight-forwarding operations and IT delivery. You will lead onboarding of stations to SAP TM, guide AI and analytics integrations, and drive a data-driven, compliant TM product lifecycle.

Reporting to the TM Product Director, you will coordinate with SAP Basis, ABAP, AMS providers, and operations leadership to deliver value across the platform and ensure alignment with regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Master's degree, MBA, or SAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP TM product roadmap and backlog; prioritize enhancements, integrations, and new modules.
Own core TM domain processes: FO/FWO, FU, FRO/FB, EM, and settlement/billing.
Translate business requirements into functional specs; review and accept delivered enhancements in UAT.
