Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced SAP Testing Lead for our Jacksonville, FL engagements. You will own SAP testing strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure quality across ECC and S/4HANA modules.

The role requires hands-on test planning, execution, and defect management in fast-paced projects. Responsibilities include coordinating testing activities, collaborating with functional/technical consultants, and delivering clear status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP testing experience.
• Experience with 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent defect tracking and resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for SAP projects.
• Lead and coordinate testing teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to understand processes.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.
• Conduct risk assessments and escalate critical issues to project management.
• Facilitate test data preparation and environment setup for SAP modules.
• Prepare and present test status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes for efficiency and quality.
