Job summary

TTC Global is seeking an SAP Test Manager in Denver to lead SAP transformation and delivery initiatives with a focus on program-level quality and governance. The role combines SAP expertise with strategic QA leadership across cross-functional teams.

You will drive end-to-end testing strategy, UAT planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, high-quality SAP implementations. This is a hands-off leadership role in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP program delivery experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP testing strategy within large-scale programs.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Proven experience guiding business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support end-to-end SAP program delivery and transformation initiatives.
• Lead testing strategy and quality governance across SAP implementations (including S/4HANA).
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to align processes and system delivery.
• Drive UAT strategy, business validation, and stakeholder readiness.
