SAP Test Engineer (25008-1) Columbus, OH

This role is 100% Onsite.

Responsibilities

• Integrate SAP and Non-SAP processes using SOLMAN, QTP and Selenium
• Prepare, execute, validate and document Test Scripts using SAP Solution Manager, QTP, HPQC
• Create test automation framework
• Review test scripts developed by test engineers, assessing test quality
• Plan automation test script execution, file defects, and verify defect fixes
• Lead an offshore team to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate team members
• Coordinate with the testing lead to ensure payroll tests are conducted and accepted by internal stakeholders and impacted vendors
• Facilitate testing execution and develop test evidence
• Manage daily test status reporting with the testing lead
• Work with and support Functional and Analyst groups in developing test scenarios
• Manage test exit entry criteria with the testing lead
• Support client upgrade from SAP HRP 4.7 to 6.0
• Communicate and collaborate with people at all levels in a team environment
• Review Business, Functional, Technical Requirements and Process Design documents
• Gather requirements in Quality Center Requirements Excel template and upload them to Quality Center
