Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Technical RFP Writer to support high-quality responses for SAP implementation, transformation, AMS and staffing opportunities.

You will collaborate with SAP SMEs to craft technical and functional proposal content, ensure compliance, and deliver compelling responses within deadlines.

This role requires deep SAP knowledge, strong writing skills, and experience with public-sector RFPs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP proposal/RFP writing or SAP bid management.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP and SAP implementation/AMS services.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience working with SAP consultants/architects to develop technical responses.
• Exposure to US/Canadian public-sector RFPs is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, SAP Business AI and public-sector procurement.

• Ensure proposals are technically accurate, compelling, compliant and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain reusable SAP proposal content, case studies and reference material.
