Job summary

This role involves acting as the primary contact with customers regarding SAP S/4HANA technology and solutions while understanding their business needs. Job description

Responsibilities

• Primary contact with customers for discussions about technology and innovations and serve as an escalation point person for technical issues
• Understand the customer’s business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions & services
• Identify and position offerings by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to the customer
• Offer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools
• Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine)

Qualifications

• SAP Technical Administration with SAP Basis skills and should have knowledge & experience on Administration and Operations of SAP solutions
• Strong background in SAP Solutions, SAP technology and products and cloud technology
• Good knowledge on S/4HANA architecture and S/4HANA related migration paths and tools
• Solid understanding as well as experience in SAP HANA
• Experience in Technical Architecture/Implementation/Change Management
• Fluent in German and English (C1/C2)
