Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in business or STEM.
• 5+ years experience in SAP implementations and leadership.
• Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, CS/IS, or Engineering.
• Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori.
• ABAP programming experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations.
• Analyze client needs and develop and configure SAP technologies for seamless integration.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products.
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP-related projects.
• Use ABAP and SAP HANA to enhance system functionality.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for SAP application users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business transformation and process improvement opportunities.
• Mentor team members and develop SAP technology skills.
• Resolve client and team conflicts or issues, escalating when necessary.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements.
• Motivate, develop, inspire, coach, and manage team performance to deliver on client expectations.
