Job summary

Belden Inc. is seeking a SAP Supply Chain Analyst in Carmel, IN to lead S/4HANA planning, provide AMS support for ePP/DS and MRP Live, and engage with production, QA, and procurement teams to optimize supply chain outputs.

You will drive incident management, tie‑ins to MM/SD/EWM/IQB, and continuous improvement across planning processes, ensuring execution readiness and strong collaboration with manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ePP/DS configuration, including PDS, resources, planning versions, transportation lanes, and scheduling techniques.
• Working knowledge in MRP Live, including real‑time material planning, exception handling, and integration with production and procurement processes.
• Experience integrating ePP/DS and MRP Live with SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, QM, and FICO.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA planning solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with experience working in global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support MRP Live processes for real‑time material requirements planning, ensuring effective supply‑demand alignment and inventory optimization.
• Plan Make‑to‑Stock, Make‑to‑Order, and Kitting‑to‑Stock scenarios.
• Support integration with SAP PP, MM, EWM, SD, QM.
• Monitor and troubleshoot planning‑related interfaces and data flows.
• Support integration between planning and production execution.
• Support SAP IBP processes.

Job Summary

Belden is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Supply Chain Analyst to support S/4 HANA solutions. The role leads production support, continuous improvement, and business engagement across supply‑chain functions, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and IBP. This role ensures effective supply‑demand synchronization, production scheduling, and capacity alignment, while working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure planning outputs are executable.

Responsibilities

Production Support & Service Delivery

• Provide AMS support for SAP Supply Chain Planning processes i.e. ePP/DS, & QM

• Support MRP Live processes for real‑time material requirements planning, ensuring effective supply‑demand alignment and inventory optimization.
• Planning strategies such as Make‑to‑Stock, Make‑to‑Order, and Kitting‑to‑Stock scenarios.
• Support integration with SAP modules: PP, MM, EWM, SD, QM.
• Monitor and troubleshoot planning‑related interfaces and data flows.
• Support integration between planning and production execution.
• Support SAP IBP processes.

Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with planning, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support user training and planning adoption.
• Drive standardization across planning processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of SAP experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ePP/DS configuration, including PDS, resources, planning versions, transportation lanes, and scheduling techniques.
• Working knowledge in MRP Live, including real‑time material planning, exception handling, and integration with production and procurement processes.
• Experience integrating ePP/DS and MRP Live with SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, QM, and FICO.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA planning solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with experience working in global delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing master data (BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing configuration and integration with MM, EWM, SD, TM, and Finance.
• Experience supporting production environments within an AMS or support organization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing incidents, enhancements, releases, and change control processes.

Compensation and Benefits

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400 – $152,100 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.
