The role requires 5+ years in SAP supply chain planning, strong PM skills, and the ability to own initiatives with minimal direction. Hybrid onsite schedule in Chesterfield, MO with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, SCM, or related field.
• At least 5 years in the SAP ecosystem, focusing on supply chain planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or system implementations.
• Functional knowledge of demand planning, inventory, production planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Familiarity with SAP SCM capabilities such as PP, MRP, IBP, APO, or S/4HANA SCP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional liaison for supply chain planning processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to deployment using PM methods.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, risks, and timelines.
• Create executive-level business cases and status updates.
• Coordinate with systems integrators and stakeholders for delivery.
• Support SIT/UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
• Apply Lean or continuous improvement to drive measurable gains.
• Prepare process flows, designs, and implementation docs.
