Position: Technology – Systems Implementation and Engineering – Application Design and Development – Manager

Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic SuccessFactors team. We address organizational challenges in the digital era with SAP technology, emphasizing a comprehensive, business-centered approach that includes strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts.
In this role, you will identify and define user and customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across platforms like mobile, web, and tablets. You will engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, you will lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management. You will have opportunities for growth, applying your expertise to guide others and recommend quality solutions. You will engage with clients, lead workstreams from planning to execution and closure, and may need to travel as required.
- Develop solutions to complex problems, recommend policy changes, and establish procedures impacting your work area.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members for successful task completion.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills and business understanding.
- Quickly assimilate new knowledge.
- Deliver quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
- Lead workshops for SAP Employee Central Payroll requirements gathering and design, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Manage workstream plans and review RAID logs for the payroll workstream, proactively mitigating risks.
- Support configuration and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring integration with HR, Time Management, and third-party systems.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
- Implement payroll runs and address data issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
- Gather requirements and assess impacts across modules.
- Conduct tests and document processes.
- Design solutions based on thorough analysis.
- Act as a liaison translating needs into business solutions.
- Complete configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies.
- Experienced in application delivery and development tools.
- Strong in quality assurance and testing practices.
- Knowledge of system development lifecycle and technology integration.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full implementations in complex or union environments.
- Strong research skills for client inquiries and industry issues.
- Deep technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll configuration, design, and data replication.
- Experience with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, especially in unionized environments.
- Experience with SAP Employee Central integration and data management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior consulting experience or deep functional process experience.
- At least four full-cycle implementations of core modules.
- Proven leadership of teams.
