Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic SuccessFactors team. This role involves leveraging SAP technology to address organizational challenges in the digital era, focusing on strategic, business-centered solutions that enhance performance and productivity.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for requirement gathering and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions.
• Manage workstream plans, review RAID logs, and proactively mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide expert support for SAP Employee Central Payroll configuration and integration.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
• Implement payroll runs and address payroll data issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full implementations.
• Expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll configuration, design, and data replication.
• Experience with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in unionized environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

Additional Preferences

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional process knowledge.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
