Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. You will focus on leveraging SAP technology to address organizational challenges, emphasizing a comprehensive, business-centered approach that includes strategy, customer value, user experience, and operational impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, lead workstreams, and participate in planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop solutions for complex problems, recommend policy changes, and establish procedures.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members.
• Manage requirements gathering, design SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance.
• Implement payroll runs and address data issues for accurate processing.

Skills & Attributes

Build relationships, communicate effectively, and lead teams. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, experience in complex or union environments, and strong technical and business acumen are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full implementations.
• Expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll configuration and data replication.
• Experience with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP, especially in unionized environments.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting industry experience or deep functional process expertise.
• Leadership experience in team management.
