Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (m/f/d) to lead architecture for SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients worldwide. You will design end-to-end processes, define integration scenarios with systems like SAP S/4HANA, and present architectures to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally focusing on solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and integration possibilities – SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM preferred.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and present to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experienced in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules.
• Define integration scenarios with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Coordinate module leads regarding integrative scenarios within the overall solution architecture.
• Present system architecture to stakeholders to build trust in the solution and its implementation.
• Share expertise in workshops and training sessions to empower customers and project teams.
• Collaborate with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth implementations.
