Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced Senior SAP SRM Functional Consultant to support Boeing's Sustainment operations. You will provide functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement of SAP SRM processes, ensuring seamless procurement and supplier collaboration across global operations.

Responsibilities include L2/L3 support, end-to-end procurement optimization, requirements analysis, and collaboration with vendors and IT teams to deliver sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP SRM experience with strong functional expertise.
• Hands-on in: Shopping Cart, RFx, Supplier & Contract Management.
• Familiar with SAP MM integration and P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 SAP SRM support for incidents and enhancements.
• Optimize end-to-end procurement processes across Shopping Cart, PO, RFx, Supplier/Contract mgmt, and approvals.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate SAP SRM with ECC/S4HANA, MM, FI/CO and middleware (PI/PO/CPI).
• Collaborate with users, SMEs, tech teams, and vendors for timely resolutions.
• Participate in release management, SIT/UAT, transport coordination, and deployments.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and user experience.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Consultant with 7+ years of SAP experience to support Boeing's Sustainment operations. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement of SAP SRM processes, ensuring seamless procurement and supplier collaboration across global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SRM incidents, service requests, and enhancement activities.
• Support and optimize end-to-end procurement processes including Shopping Carts, Purchase Orders, RFx, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Approval Workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support integration between SAP SRM and SAP ECC/S4HANA, MM, FI/CO, and middleware platforms (PI/PO/CPI).
• Coordinate with business users, SMEs, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in release management, testing (SIT/UAT), transport coordination, and production deployments.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, SOPs, and knowledge management artifacts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SRM.
• Hands-on experience in:

  • Strategic Sourcing & RFx
  • Supplier and Contract Management
  • Workflow & Approval Processes
  • Catalog Management
  • SAP MM Integration
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience in AMS support, incident management, problem management, and SLA-driven environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and global support models.
• Ability to work with ABAP, workflows, IDocs, RFCs, and interface troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Aerospace & Defense clients, preferably Boeing.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba integration.
• SAP SRM Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
