Woodward, Inc. is seeking a Level 2 SAP Source to Pay Analyst to support end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle in SAP, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management, with alignment to a global template.
The role partners with global business and IT teams to design, test, and rollout SAP S/4HANA Source‑to‑Pay capabilities, perform functional testing, resolve defects, and assist with cutover and hypercare during go‑live.

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Estimated annual base pay: $88,000 (minimum) – $115,000 (midpoint) – $144,000 (maximum)
A Level 2 SAP Source to Pay Analyst supports the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle in SAP, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and integration to finance, while ensuring standardized and compliant processes across the enterprise. The role works closely with global business and IT teams to support the design, testing, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Source‑to‑Pay capabilities aligned to a global template. This analyst executes functional testing, resolves defects, supports master data and supplier processes, and assists with cutover and hypercare activities during go‑lives. A strong emphasis is placed on enabling consistent procurement processes while supporting regional adoption and change management during a global SAP rollout.
This role currently supports a large, multi‑year, co‑located project that requires travel approximately every other week, with frequency expected to increase or decrease at different phases of the project. Outside of this project, typical business travel is estimated at 5‑10% annually.
