Job summary

RFgen Software, a division of DataMAX Software Group, is seeking a Solution Architect with deep SAP WM/EWM expertise to connect SAP to warehouse operations and drive mobile-first solutions. You will lead presales, design integration approaches, and guide delivery on complex SAP projects.

Join a focused Professional Services team expanding into RFID/RTLS and AI-assisted design, with opportunities to influence architecture, mentor colleagues, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP in supply chain, warehouse management, or manufacturing.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP WM and EWM; understanding of RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and APIs for real-time integration.
• Solid understanding of integration architecture and software development principles.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, sales, and engineering.
• Willing to travel occasionally (less than 20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities: qualify fit, run demos, own the estimate.
• Assist sales with tailored product demonstrations of RFgen mobile solutions.
• Design SAP-driven mobile workflows and define integration approaches to guide the build.
• Coordinate delivery as the technical anchor, ensure alignment with design.
• Run workshops and training sessions for customers and teams.
• Engage in RFPs and position RFgen’s value against alternatives.
