Responsibilities

Build and manage a team of SAP experts, providing direction, guidance and support. Be accountable for technical and functional leadership, future-proof architecture and meeting quality standards. Provide technical expertise and architecture guidance in SAP configuration, customization and integration. Develop comprehensive solution architectures that integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI, and BRF+ to streamline data integrations and revenue accrual processes. Manage client expectations and relationships, address client issues during an engagement in cooperation with the Account Manager. Be accountable for the technical leadership regarding the delivery, ensuring a sound and future-proof architecture is planned, and the implementation meets the technical quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred) 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting and engineering with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. Proven expertise in SAP PI for data integration and SAP BRF+ for business rule management. Strong knowledge of the SAP product portfolio including architecture, configuration, integration and customization. Hands‑on experience in solution design and delivery for large-scale SAP projects. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles. Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Fluent in English and German.
