RitamPro seeks an experienced SAP/ServiceNow specialist to design and deliver architectural solutions across SAP S/4HANA and related cloud services. You will engage in a range of projects, focusing on integration, customization, and modernization of core systems for digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience with at least one project implementation, upgrade or rollout.
• Strong hands-on with integrations between ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent technical skills in reports, forms, interfaces and conversions.
• Knowledge of ODATA, Workflow, Adobe Forms, Fiori and HANA checks/migration.
• Solid OO concepts of SAP ABAP and ABAP debugging with SAP Code Inspector.

Job Description

The team

Our SAP team focuses on internal product development with emphasis on building on global best practice template through our in‑house solution “SpeedLight”. We also design, implementation, and on‑going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands‑on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

• Human Resources ( SaaS Based Solutions


• Finance


• Supply Chain


• Customer and Sales Operations


• Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

A day in the life of an RitamPro

• As part of the delivery team, your primary role would be to provide best fit architectural solutions for one or more projects.


• You would also provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope and sizing of work


• You would implement solutions, create technology differentiation and leverage partner technologies.


• Additionally, you would participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring the best‑fit and high quality technical solutions.


• You would be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms of RitamPro.

Technical Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience with least 1 project Implementation, Upgrade, Rollout, etc.


• Strong hands on experience with integrations between ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.


• Should have excellent technical skills in Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements etc.


• Knowledge/Experience on at least any of the niche skills ODATA, Workflow, Adobe Forms, Fiori, HANA checks/HANA Migration etc.


• Should be well versed with Object Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP


• Excellent knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Code inspector & other SAP standard tools with respect to development

Additional Information

• Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs


• Hands‑on experience in Service Oriented Architecture


• Ability to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutions.


• Experience in designing high level and low‑level documents is a plus.


• Good understanding of SDLC is a pre‑requisite.


• Awareness of latest technologies and trends


• Logical thinking and problem‑solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.


• Must have a minimum of four year Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or equivalent.
