Deloitte GPS in Jacksonville seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA implementation consultant to drive delivery from design through testing and go-live, collaborating with government clients to enable compliant, scalable ERP transformations.

You will lead workshops, develop critical deliverables, coordinate data migration, and support testing and go-live readiness while navigating regulatory requirements and security clearances.

• 2+ years partnering with data teams on interfaces and data migration planning.
• 2+ years supporting integrated testing (Unit, SIT, UAT).
• Ability to travel up to 25% on average.

Responsabilidades

• Support unit, system, and user acceptance testing with scenario development and defect tracking.
• Embed ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance in design, testing, cutover, and production activities.
• Coordinate deployment, cutover planning, reconciliation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable SAP solutions in regulated government settings, with travel as needed.

Work You'll Do

• Support functional delivery for large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization programs, driving day-to-day workstream execution from design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Facilitate client workshops to define future-state business processes, document requirements, support fit-to-standard decisions, and promote adoption of SAP leading practices and process standardization.

• Develop core implementation deliverables, including solution designs, configuration documentation, test scripts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness materials, and training support artifacts.

• Partner with integration and data teams to coordinate interface requirements, validate data migration readiness, and support accurate, controlled movement of data across systems and environments.

• Support unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing by preparing scenarios, tracing requirements, documenting defects, coordinating fixes, and helping drive business sign-off.

• Help embed ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance considerations into design, testing, cutover, and post-production activities.

• Coordinate and support deployment and go-live readiness activities, including cutover planning inputs, reconciliation tasks, issue resolution, training support, and early-life stabilization.

• Collaborate across functional, technical, and program teams to deliver secure, scalable SAP solutions in regulated government settings, with flexibility to travel as needed to support client delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

• 4+ years experience delivering SAP implementations, including hands-on participation in SAP S/4HANA transformations

• 3+ years experience producing and/or governing core implementation deliverables (e.g., solution/design documentation, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, deployment readiness materials)

• 2+ years experience working in regulated environments with strong understanding of ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance expectations

• 2+ years experience partnering with integration and data teams on interfaces and data migration planning in complex ERP programs

• 2+ years experience supporting integrated testing activities (e.g., Unit, SIT, UAT, etc.) for functional business process requirements

• Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Active Secret clearance

• Experience supporting DoD, and/or U.S. Federal civilian agencies on ERP modernization programs

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
