Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP MM and SAP Ariba consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of purchasing and procurement in S/4HANA and Ariba.
• Strong integration understanding of SAP MM with related SAP modules and SAP Ariba.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Spend Management Portfolio.
• Strong consulting skills with proven project experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on national and international SAP MM and SAP Ariba projects.
• Analyze, design, and implement client requirements using SAP Customizing.
• Support client-specific enhancements and SAP add-ons development.
• Provide technical project leadership and facilitate workshops with clients.
• Execute implementations, optimizations, and release migrations across projects.
• Support digital transformation of purchasing, procurement, and MM processes with SAP MM/Ariba.
• Continuously develop hard and soft skills and contribute to innovative SAP solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Advising our clients on national and international SAP MM and SAP Ariba projects with a focus on modern SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Analyzing, designing, and implementing client requirements using standard SAP Customizing, as well as developing sustainable process solutions in the purchasing and procurement environment
• Supporting the implementation of client-specific enhancements, as well as the design and further development of SAP add-ons
• Technical project leadership in client projects, as well as expert facilitation of workshops, meetings, and coordination with clients and project teams
• Execution of implementation, optimization, and release migration projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Supporting our clients in the digital transformation and optimization of their purchasing, procurement, and materials management processes using SAP MM and SAP Ariba
• Continuous development of your own hard and soft skills, as well as active participation in the design of innovative SAP solutions

What You Should Bring with You:

• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) as a consultant in the area of SAP MM and SAP Ariba
• In-depth knowledge of the design, implementation, and optimization of purchasing and procurement processes across S/4 Hana and Ariba
• Thorough understanding of the integration of SAP MM with related SAP modules and with SAP Ariba
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as current SAP innovations and technologies with a strong understanding of the SAP Spend Management Portfolio
• Strong consulting skills with proven project experience
• Independent, structured, and customer-focused work style; high flexibility, willingness to travel, and team orientation
• Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing, mentoring, and constructive collaboration
• Strong communication skills, experience in running customer workshops and proven ability to manage customer stakeholders
