Job summary

SCMInnovators LLC seeks a SAP Security/GRC Consultant for a long-term contract in Dearborn, MI. Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. You will design, implement, and support SAP security roles, GRC 12.x, and MSMP/BRF workflows.

Requires 7+ years in SAP Security, strong S/4HANA and GRC experience, and hands-on AR A/ARM/EAM/BRM. Production support and upgrades involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• 7 years of SAP Security experience.
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Security.
• Strong experience with SAP GRC Access Control 12.x.
• Hands-on experience with: Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter), BRM, MSMP Workflows, BRF.
• Experience with SAP security role design, authorization concepts, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting SAP production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP Security roles, authorizations, and access controls.
• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control 12.x, including ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM.
• Configure GRC rulesets, workflows, notifications, approvers, and master data.
• Build and maintain MSMP workflows and BRF rules for access request and approval processes.
• Perform access risk analysis, user access reviews, audit support, and compliance activities.
• Configure and maintain GRC synchronization jobs, including repository, authorization, firefighter log, and action usage synchronization.
• Troubleshoot GRC provisioning, workflow, authorization, and access-related issues.
• Support security role design and authorization setup within SAP S/4HANA Core and/or EWM.
• Participate in SAP GRC upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and production support.
• Collaborate with application security and SAP functional teams to resolve security and access requirements.
• Provide periodic 24x7 production support and on-call coverage.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid -- 4 days onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP Security roles, authorizations, and access controls.

• Experience with GRC Process Control.
• Experience with GRC upgrades and implementations.
