Job summary

VALCE T@lent Solutions in the United States is seeking an SAP Security specialist to manage user and authorization administration, design security roles, and remediate SoD conflicts. You will coordinate with ABAP and functional teams and support change management across landscapes.

Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, GRC, and authorization management, plus Spanish and English communication, will help you address complex security issues and participate in UAT and testing.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of SAP Security and GRC experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC.
• Role design and authorization management skills.
• SoD conflict remediation experience.
• Spanish speaking skills required.
• Conversational English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to support shifts and out-of-hours needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP user and authorization administration
• Design and maintain SAP security roles
• Remediate Segregation of Duties conflicts
• Review critical and sensitive authorizations
• Support change management across landscapes
• Assist with UAT, integration testing, and technical validation
• Troubleshoot security issues and coordinate with functional and ABAP teams
• Handle complex issues and steady-state support
