Job summary

P-11 Security Inc. seeks a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral activities. The role includes day-to-day analysis, policy execution, and security education across government and civilian staff.

The position requires adherence to NISPOM and related DoD policies, emphasis on continuous improvement, and the ability to coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are reflected in the curriculum.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• SPED certifications maximum equivalent experience is 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing policies for SAP/SCI/collateral data safeguarding for US military operations.
• Provide day-to-day security support with continuous assessment of procedures and recommendations for improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into education programs.
