Job summary

IBM Consulting Australia is seeking a SAP Security Architect to design and deliver security solutions for SAP environments, with emphasis on GRC Access Controls and S/4 HANA.

You will lead workshops, collaborate with business and Process Architects, and contribute to successful implementations across public sector and defence contexts. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Extensive SAP experience including at least 3 full end-to-end project lifecycles.
Strong knowledge in SAP GRC Access Controls modules (ARM, BRM, EAM, ARA) and ability to lead workshops with Business and Process Architects.
Strong knowledge in SAP Security and role design, able to lead workshops with architects.
Familiar with SAP IdM and administration within IdM toolset.
SAP Security customization and understanding of core SAP modules, data structures and data flows.
Strong problem solving to resolve defects and align solutions with client needs.

Your role and responsibilities

As an experienced SAP consultant at IBM Consulting, you will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including systems integration. You will leverage your subject matter expertise and your leadership capabilities to ensure successful project delivery and client success. We will give you access to unique career opportunities, and a vast and diverse network of talented SAP professionals.

As a member of the SAP Security team you will get the chance to participate in new and existing implementations, developed with the latest technology and tools. At IBM you’ll find your role has a unique look, combining both strong technical and business skills.

We would like you to have a very solid SAP Security background with emphasis on GRC Access Controls. Experience in public sector or Defence consulting environment preferred. Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, OCM, process design, planning and managing execution of the build. Experience in the S/4 HANA a must.

Strong knowledge in SAP Security, roles build, complex restrictions and other SAP security products and systems. Ability to do role design and analysis and lead workshops with business and Process Architects
Familiar with SAP IdM and general administration within the IdM toolset.
Customization experience of SAP Security solutions and understanding of core SAP modules, data structures and data flows
Strong problem solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
