Job summary

A leading company in IT Services and IT Consulting is seeking a mid-senior level Talent Acquisition Advisor specialized in SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution implementations, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This full-time position, based in the United States, may require travel up to 50%.

Talent Acquisition Advisor / Technology Recruiter

Mandatory Requirements:

• 7+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the areas of SAP SD and MM.
• Experience in at least 1 full lifecycle of SAP Sales and Distribution implementation in S/4HANA and 2-3 implementations in ECC.
• Thorough knowledge of configurations in transportation planning, transportation execution, cost and freight settlement, and integration with SD, EWM, and EM for tracking and tracing.
• Knowledge of data distribution framework and post-processing framework (PPF) settings.
• Experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps.
• Business and IT experience in implementing and operating SAP applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; self-motivated with good planning skills.
• Experience in the healthcare regulated industries is a plus.
• Understanding of multiple SAP modules and ability to research and apply business best practices.
• Ability to communicate project goals, status, and deliverables to senior executives.
• Experience and knowledge of Activate Methodology.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
