D4M International is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Executive to join our practice to help drive new solutions and services business.

You will be a highly motivated individual responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, with your primary focus on our SAP consulting services. You will drive the acquisition of net-new customers by generating and developing a pipeline of prospects, following up on inbound leads, making cold calls, and managing clearly defined sales cycles. This strategic role requires an outstanding communicator with a strong desire to succeed and proven experience in closing sales. The role is diverse and demanding, requiring experience and a technical acumen to position and sell our consulting services solutions.

D4M’s aggressive growth strategy to increase market share through market penetration requires a Sales Professional with a proven track record of meeting and surpassing annual sales quotas. Our compensation plans are designed to reward top producers, including industry competitive base salary plus commission rates with no cap on earnings.

What you will do to achieve your goals:

  • Develop, grow, and maintain an active pipeline of net-new qualified prospects of at least 3x your established sales quota in order to meet your annual quota objectives.
  • Build and leverage your large referral network, create new, and leverage existing, C-Level relationships using consultative sales methodologies, effectively communicating D4M's unique value proposition.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare presentations that showcase the solutions offered by D4M and maintain in-depth product knowledge of our service offerings.
  • Create attractive and complex proposals, quotes, service level agreements, and respond to RFP/RFI documents.
  • Work closely with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their business needs and translate those needs into solutions that satisfy their demands, while being able to lead and manage multiple, concurrent opportunities.

  • High EQ and a high level of intellectual horsepower with strong business acumen and the ability to appeal to both emotional and analytical buying audiences.
  • Passion, dedication, a tremendous work ethic, laser focus, and extremely detailed oriented.
  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in Business or Computer Science. An MBA would be a bonus.
  • Bi-lingual (English/French) language skills would be an asset.
