1. Responsibilities:

• Project Implementation: Actively participate in the preparation, conception, realization, and go-live of customer implementation projects.
• Workshops and Meetings: Plan, conduct, and facilitate workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process Transformation: Map and transform customer business processes into S/4HANA Digital Supply Chain processes.
• Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on functional topics.
• Customer Interaction: Regularly interact with customers, coordinate with team leads/project managers, and manage customer expectations.
• Hypercare Support: Provide post-implementation support during the hypercare phase.
• Knowledge Transfer: Guide and mentor colleagues (both customer and SAP teams) to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

2. Qualifications:
