Job summary

Baer Group is recruiting a SAP S/4HANA Test Developer for a 4+ month federal remote project. The role requires designing, developing, maintaining, and executing test assets across SAP processes within an Agile SAFe environment.

The candidate will create test scenarios and data, execute diverse tests including UAT and security, document results, and collaborate with government stakeholders and SI partners to ensure release readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience testing SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience developing and executing SAP test scenarios, test cases, scripts, and test data.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, UAT, security, Fiori, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios, test cases, scripts, procedures, and test data from requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, security, Fiori, UAT, and end-to-end tests.
• Maintain requirements traceability and test coverage through the RTM.
• Document test results, evidence, defects, and corrective actions.
• Analyze failed tests, participate in defect triage, and perform retesting and regression testing.
• Support data conversion, interfaces, integrations, and end-to-end business process testing.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, system integrators, SMEs, interface teams, security teams, and the Government UAT Lead.
• Support UAT planning, execution, entrance/exit criteria, test reporting, and production-readiness assessments.
• Ensure test deliverables and evidence meet project quality and release-readiness standards.

Overview

The SAP S/4HANA Test Developer will design, develop, maintain, and execute test assets for a DoW SAP S/4HANA implementation within an Agile SAFe environment. The role will support functional, technical, integration, security, Fiori, regression, UAT, negative, exploratory, and end-to-end testing across SAP business processes and integrated systems.

Requirement

• Experience testing SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience developing and executing SAP test scenarios, test cases, scripts, and test data.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, UAT, security, Fiori, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with defect management, test traceability, test evidence, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP business processes, configurations, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
